This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Customer Service Representative. The Senior CSR will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, resolving issues or complaints, and identifying opportunities for improvement in customer experience.

3 – 5 years prior customer service experience is required Experience in providing exceptional customer service Strong communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills backed by good judgement Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner Attention to detail and ability to multi-task Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Prior B2B experience is a plus Online Chat experience is a plus Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience is a plus
