Job Duties & Responsibilities: • Working closely with the supervisor or mentor, and completing all allocated tasks. • Communicating with carrier sales reps and trucking company dispatchers to obtain necessary driver information in order to fully dispatch customer’s loads • Calling drivers for full dispatch and obtain location updates from cradle to grave. • Updating McLeod LMS with arrival/ departure times, comments and logging all communications • Helping drivers/dispatchers with potential problems and current issues. • Working in a team environment to ensure customers loads are picked up and delivered safety in a timely manner • Communicating with the management team and providing feedback for improvements on processes and performance
